I founded Joy.Love Outreach in May 2007 because I believe the key to solving problems is an underlying desire to do so. After years of collecting clothes to distribute to local shelters and organizations and participating in silent auctions benefiting women in need, I wanted to focus my efforts and grow my desire to bring joy to people in the world, through love.
Joy.Love’s goal to help others is fueled by passion and accomplished with action, by handing out sleeping bags and hygiene items to the homeless, providing personal care items to women’s shelters, and sending clothes to disaster victims and orphanages world wide. Though we have just begun, our goals and dreams are big. Future projects will include enlisting school-age children to collect school supplies to send to Iraqi students and villages in Haiti, providing free haircuts in women’s shelters, distributing hygiene items and books to prisons, assisting single moms in organizing their homes and their lives for better productivity and quality family time, teaching others how incorporate living green into their lives and much, much more.
Passion can birth a dream, but desire, determination, diligence and tenacity will bring that dream to fruition. My ultimate goal is to see representatives of Joy.Love Outreach in all states leaving a mark on this world that cannot be erased by being proactive in our mission of helping others.
Our mission at Joy.Love Outreach is to bring strength into people's lives with the LOVE of Jesus. Many times in life we may find ourselves in situations we didn't plan on being in. These are the times where we need something more powerful than our own ability to get us through successfully.
We are dedicated to helping people with the ability given to us by our source, Jesus Christ. He has freely given to us all the provision we will ever need - and we are here to help you get on the path to receiving your needs, wants and desires met so that you may live your life to its fullest potential.
